Join us for our first public outreach event!

SWAG will be hosting our first public outreach event on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 12:00 pm. We will be “adopting a crosswalk” at the intersection of Hawthorne Boulevard and Brown Street, between Goodnight Fatty and Salem Common, near the Roger Conant statue. Volunteers will be present between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to escort pedestrians across Hawthorne Boulevard during the Salem Arts Festival. We will also be hosting a small informational table set up on Salem Common to promote our group and our safety initiatives. Please feel free to stop by and say hi – we will be wearing lime green T-shirts and smiles!
